At DAGA, we understand the court processes and how litigation is conducted. Our team of experts, both in Road Safety Engineering and Legal Services are trained to meet the needs of your clients. More specifically our report authors have undertaken specific training in the preparation of Expert reports including the Bond Solon training programme. Furthermore, our Managing Director, David Graham has been included onto the UK Register of Expert Witnesses as a ‘Vetted’ Expert which means that he has allowed an Expert Report he has authored to be assessed and referenced by a recent leading law firm client and published on the Register (see UK Registered Logo above). At DAGA attending at collision locations, reviewing Police stat 19 forms, witness statements, other expert statements, preparing a full report and giving evidence as expert witness in court are what we are trained to do. At DAGA it is our aim to offer our full support to clients whilst observing our obligations under Part 35 of The Civil Procedure Rules and its association with Practice Direction 35.

A high-profile case for a leading law firm where our Managing Director David Graham was commissioned to provide an independent expert report on the adequacy of temporary traffic management processes employed in conjunction with the claimant (a motorcyclist) who sustained serious injuries when he collided with a traffic sign and temporary traffic management fixtures.

A case concerning a Road Traffic Collision at a junction between a motorist exiting a factory car park and a motorcyclist who was subsequently killed.

A detailed expert road condition report for a leading law firm representing a jogger who suffered serious head injuries following a slipping accident as a result of inadequate drainage in a rural country lane location.
