With over 40 years of specialised industry experience in Road Safety and Traffic Engineering, David A Graham has developed extensive expertise in accident investigation, road safety auditing and highway design. He began his career with Wiltshire County Council as an Accident Investigation Technician before progressing to the role of Accident Investigation Engineer at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. In May 1989, David moved into the private sector, joining W S Atkins Consultants South West Ltd as a Senior Technician, where he was involved in major traffic and highway design projects.
